The Tower Foreman plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the construction, maintenance, and safety compliance of tower structures within the construction industry. This position is responsible for managing on-site teams, coordinating project schedules, and ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety. The Tower Foreman acts as the primary point of contact between field crews and corporate management, facilitating clear communication and efficient workflow.
