About the Role:

The Tower Foreman plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the construction, maintenance, and safety compliance of tower structures within the construction industry. This position is responsible for managing on-site teams, coordinating project schedules, and ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety. The Tower Foreman acts as the primary point of contact between field crews and corporate management, facilitating clear communication and efficient workflow. Success in this role results in the timely and safe completion of tower projects that meet client specifications and regulatory requirements. Ultimately, the Tower Foreman ensures that all operational objectives are met while fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tower construction or related field.
  • Proven leadership experience managing construction crews.
  • Strong knowledge of tower erection, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in tower climbing and rescue techniques.
  • OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety certification.
  • Experience with project management software and reporting tools.
  • Technical training or certification in telecommunications or structural engineering.
  • First aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities:
