  • High School diploma or recognized equivalent andย two years of study at an institution of higher education (72 quarter credits or 48 semester credits at the one hundred level or higher) orย an Associate's Degree (or higher) orย a scoreย ofย 455ย orย aboveย onย theย ETSย ParaProย Assessmentย requiredย orย completedย anย apprenticeshipย asย aย paraeducator,ย in a program registered with the Washington State Apprenticeship and Training Council. - REQUIRED
  • Willingnessย toย assistย studentsย with personal hygiene/daily living skills. REQUIRED
  • Must beย ableย to passย aย Specialย Educationย Paraprofessionalย Physical Capacity Exam. REQUIRED
  • Experience working withย special/highneedsย students. PREFERRED
  • Abilityย toย liftย andย assistย inย liftingย studentsย weighingย upย toย approximatelyย 100ย poundsย whenย necessary.
