Job Description:

Qualifications: Must have work study. The Bursar Office is looking for a highly motivated and detailed oriented student to join our team. This is an administrative assistant position requiring general computer knowledge, a professional appearance, and some office experience. Student should be responsible, punctual/dependable. Basic computer knowledge is required as well as knowledge of other office equipment (phones, copier). This job requires the student to run on-campus errands as needed, filing, answering phones, texts, and emails, assisting students and other office duties as assigned by supervisor.

Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally.

  • Assisting students, parents, faculty, and staff with questions and concerns.

  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Bursar Office Coordinator and other management staff

Requirements:

  • Availability to work 20 hours per week.

  • Flexible schedule within office hours (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday).

  • Must be Federal Work-Study eligible.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

  • Maintaining professionalism at all times, especially when dealing with sensitive financial information.

  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential student records.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Intermediate skill level in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus.
