Office Assistant AY 26-27

Winthrop Position Title - Office Assistant AY 26-27

Job Purpose - Assists with basic office tasks in the Department of English main office.

Duties and Responsibilities - Answers the phone, sorts mail, monitors office supplies, keeps the kitchen and faculty workroom neat, checks printer supplies, runs errands on campus, sorts donations for the annual book sale, makes copies, and assists faculty and the administrative specialist with special projects.

Qualifications - Prior office experience is preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills - Experienced with basic computer software (e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel) and able to be friendly and professional with faculty and visitors to the office.
