Job Summary
The Work Study Student will support the Department of Mathematical Science as an Office Assistant on the Statesboro Campus beginning Fall 2026.

Responsibilities
- Assists the Administrative Assistant and faculty with daily office tasks, including copying exams, locating office supplies, and providing general administrative support
- Performs basic classroom maintenance by ensuring whiteboards are clean and classrooms are stocked with markers, erasers, and other necessary supplies
- Submits technology support requests for classrooms, the main office, and faculty offices as needed
- Scans, shreds, organizes, and boxes documents for storage or disposal
- Performs light cleaning and helps maintain organized office and classroom spaces
Shift Specifics
- Up to 20 hours per week
- Flexible with schedule of availability

Educational Requirements
- Must be enrolled in six or more undergraduate credit hours at Georgia Southern University.
Other Required Qualifications
- Must be Federal Work eligible.
