Job Summary:
Main duties include assisting walk-ins at the front desk, answering and transferring telephone calls, and email correspondence. The receptionist may assist with data entry, imaging, mailings and other office projects. Applicants must be a friendly face and enjoy working with students and other constituents in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Experience with customer service, both in-person and on the phone is preferred (but not required) as well as excellent written and oral communication skills, and attention to detail. Applicants must have Federal Work Study as part of their financial aid offer.
Hourly pay rate is $10.25 and is federal work study only. This job is typically 6-10 hours per week.
