Position Summary: 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for new product introduction, quality engineering, and continuous improvement while partnering with engineering, production, and sales to deliver innovative customer solutions. 


What Success Looks Like: 

During your first year, you will

  • Learn our products, processes, and quality systems. 
  • Lead new product introductions from quotation through production.
  • Strengthen root cause analysis and corrective action effectiveness. 
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, or cost. 
  • Partner with engineering, production, and sales to support successful product launches. 


What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).  
  • Experience with quality management systems. 
  • Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Actions (CAPA). 
  • Continuous Improvement experience. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. 


Work Environment / Schedule: (as applicable):

Open shop floor/manufacturing office environment with frequent, direct interaction with on-site production facilities. Work schedule is Monday-Friday, during standard business hours.
