We are seeking a driven Equipment Sales Representative to grow our wire former business by closing sales, configuring tailored solutions for inbound leads, and generating interest through proactive outbound efforts. In this role, you will focus on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth through strategic engagement with professionals, educators, and industry leaders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Activities: Lead efforts to generate and follow up on leads, tailor solutions for customers, and close deals effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute sales strategies to identify and engage new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers via phone and email to provide product information, recommend accessories, and offer solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, seminars, and distributor meetings to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Order Management: Process sales orders, address customer inquiries about orders or deliveries, and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
  • Customer Support Coordination: Work closely with customers to resolve product, service, or billing concerns, referring issues to appropriate internal or external resources when needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, technical support issues, feedback, and actions taken.
  • File and Sample Management: Ensure customers' wire and bend files receive prompt engineering attention and facilitate timely shipment of samples.
  • Market Research: Conduct research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Customer Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback on the D.I.Wire and its accessories to inform continuous improvement efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, marketing, and other teams to ensure product development and communication align with market and customer needs.
  • Community Engagement: Encourage customers to share their creations and experiences, fostering community connections and showcasing innovative uses of the product.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in creating and maintaining accurate, up-to-date marketing materials, including brochures and online content.
  • Logistical Support: Coordinate logistics for events such as trade shows, webinars, and distributor meetings to ensure smooth execution.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as needed to support the team and the company's goals.
Qualifications:
