Job Description
This role offers a range of $30 to $35 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to work at one of our facilities. As part of your job you will have to complete all maintenance functions including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment, while promoting and practicing safety at all times, and contributing to the continuous improvement of plant equipment by finding ways to eliminate unscheduled downtime and improve efficiency. You will be responsible for:
  • Maintaining and repairing all production equipment and industrial facility
  • Working independently and as a team member
  • Assisting production in manufacturing on an as-needed basis
  • Updating and maintaining accurate maintenance records
  • Maintaining work area in 5S condition

Qualifications
To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:
  • Have a high school diploma or GED
  • Have 3-4 years related experience and/or training in an industrial maintenance environment
  • Demonstrate mechanical and electrical skills
  • Have excellent written, reading comprehension and math skills
  • Exhibt the ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Demonstrate ability to read and understand blueprints and/or schematic drawings to determine the proper work procedures and assembly requirements
  • Have direct knowledge of how to troubleshoot, repair and maintain pumps, mixers, and processing equipment
  • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Conduit bending, stick welding, mig welding and tig welding
  • Cutting torch and pipe threading
  • Previous experience within the Ink Industry
