Overview: We are looking for a Journeyman/Journeywoman Plumber to join our team!
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in multifamily buildings.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
  • Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure plumbing systems are installed correctly.
  • Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems.
  • Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure their longevity and efficiency.
  • Use hand tools, pipe threading machines, and other equipment to complete plumbing projects.
  • Follow safety protocols and adhere to building codes and regulations.
Prerequisites:
  • Journeyman/Journeywoman Plumber license or equivalent certification
  • Proven experience as a Journeyperson Plumber or similar role
  • Proficient in using hand tools and specialized plumbing equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems and basic understanding of electrical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Basic math skills for measuring, calculating pipe lengths, etc.
