We are currently seeking an experienced Pipe Welder to join our team. This position requires frequent travel within Tennessee and across the country to support large-scale commercial and industrial projects. Per diem is provided and varies based on project location.

Pay Range: $30-$35 per hour, depending on experience

Per Diem: Provided for all travel assignments; rate varies based on project location.

Work Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime and on-call as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for pipe and equipment layout
  • Measure and mark pipes for cutting or threading
  • Cut, bend, and prepare pipes using specialized tools and equipment
  • Weld, thread, and seal piping systems according to specifications
  • Inspect and test welded joints and systems to ensure quality and safety
  • Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper operation
  • Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate protective equipment
  • Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other trades to ensure efficient project completion

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • 3+ years of experience in stainless steel TIG welding
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Proficiency with welding equipment and pipe fabrication tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently, both in-state and out-of-state
  • Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
