The Human Resources internship is the foundation you need to jump start your career. Applicants best matching the attributes/qualifications described below will be scheduled for virtual or in-person interviews.

Internship opportunities are available in the following locations: Puget Sound WA, Hazelwood, MO, Mesa, AZ, and North Charleston, SC.

These positions are expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Some of these positions may require the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.

Some of these positions must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

  • Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during Summer 2027
  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student attending a college or university with an expected graduation date on or after August 2027
  • Demonstrated interest in Human Resources field via education (obtained or currently pursuing degree in Human Resources, Industrial & Labor Relations, Psychology, Business, Management, Analytics, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development) or relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Currently majoring in one of following: Human Resources, Industrial & Labor Relations, Psychology, Business, Management, Analytics, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, or related field
  • Strong academic performance (GPA of 3.0 or above)
  • Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills as demonstrated through leadership positions on teams and/or in student or civic organizations
  • Exceptional communication skills and interest and enthusiasm related to Human Resources
