Job Details:

Purpose

To hire an Undergraduate Research Assistant who is responsible and able to work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Includes running errands on campus

  • Cleaning dishware

  • Pots for plant growth and work areas

  • Ordering supplies

  • Maintaining lab equipment

  • Autoclaving soil and glassware and other general lab duties

Required Qualifications

This position does not require previous experience in a lab. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Hourly Range

$10.50 - $11.50 per hour

Working Conditions
  • Uniforms and/or personal protection equipment (furnished).

  • May work around chemical fumes.

  • May work around standard office conditions.

  • May work around biohazards.

  • May work around chemicals.
