This position is intended for a current student at McGill University who has been accepted to the Work Study program. Please include your Work Study Confirmation Letter issued by the Scholarships and Student Aid Office with your application.

Hiring Unit: Communications & Production

Position Summary:
Under the direction of the immediate supervisor:
Assist in the upkeep of the SSM room booking system;
Assists with the oversight of concert recording and live sound schedules;
Prepares and distributes production forms;
Flags potential conflicts or scheduling issues to the appropriate team member;
Answers inquiries;
Data entry and filing, other tasks and responsibilities as requested.

Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities:
Client oriented; available to work weekdays with occasional evening or weekend shifts according to the concert and event schedules. Working knowledge of concert music an asset. Attentive to detail, autonomous, proactive and professional. High level of English and conversational French is required.
