Job description

This position is for 7ten Digital Marketing, a Duckpin company.

Location: Hybrid/Driving distance to Towson, MD
Employment Type: Full-Time

About 7ten Digital Marketing

We’re a digital marketing agency focused on SEO/AEO, PPC, and lead-generating websites for construction and home services businesses. Our mission is to deliver real results—qualified leads that help our clients grow.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and coordinate digital marketing work across SEO, paid media, analytics, and websites.

You’ll work closely with our internal team to turn client goals and marketing strategies into concrete deliverables. This includes completing marketing tasks, coordinating website and campaign updates, reviewing implementation, analyzing performance, and making sure projects move forward.

You’ll also communicate directly with assigned clients, participate in strategy and performance conversations, and help translate results and recommendations into clear next steps.

This is a hybrid position. Candidates should be within driving distance of Towson, MD for occasional in-person meetings and team sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and coordinate SEO, PPC, website, analytics, and digital marketing tasks
  • Perform keyword research, competitive research, content analysis, and technical website reviews
  • Coordinate and QA website updates, landing pages, tracking implementations, and technical fixes
  • Review campaign and website performance to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Translate marketing strategies into concrete tasks, deliverables, and timelines
  • Follow projects through to completion and confirm that work has been implemented correctly
  • Interpret digital performance data and turn it into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Support Google Ads, SEO, lead tracking, and conversion optimization initiatives
  • Create clear documentation for project scopes, requirements, findings, and next steps
  • Prepare reporting and performance updates for clients
  • Participate in client calls, discovery sessions, and performance reviews
  • Manage day-to-day communication for assigned client accounts
  • Stay current on SEO, PPC, AEO, analytics, and digital marketing trends in the construction and home services industries

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience working in a digital marketing agency environment
  • Working knowledge of WordPress websites, SEO, Google Ads, and digital analytics
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Semrush, and Ahrefs
  • Ability to analyze marketing performance and identify practical next steps
  • Strong task management and project coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable managing work across multiple active accounts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both clients and internal team members
  • Proven ability to execute on digital marketing tasks, not just plan or advise

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console
  • Familiarity with lead tracking, call tracking, and attribution workflows
  • Experience with Google Local Services Ads or Meta Ads
  • Experience improving landing pages and website conversion rates
  • Familiarity with industry platforms such as JobTread, Buildertrend, or CoConstruct
  • Experience working with construction, remodeling, or home services businesses

Perks & Benefits

  • Hybrid work setup
  • Flexible time off and paid holidays
  • Down-to-earth, results-driven team with a collaborative mindset
