Job Summary: This position is responsible for assisting customers and donors, maintaining the appearance of the sales floor, managing inventories, assisting with administrative operations and promotions. This position requires someone that works well with the public in a retail environment. The individual must be able to be productive in an environment that has many interruptions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers and donors.
  • Track points given to students via a template provided in a Microsoft Office Application.
  • Operate cash register or an online payment program with store scanner.
  • Sales, inventory, and donation related reporting.
  • Maintain merchandising standards (including cleaning of area and donations, set retail displays).
  • Understand basic details of sales and promotions.
  • Assist with special events.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
  • Demonstrate commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Self-motivated and committed to working with little supervision.
  • Ability to manage concurrent activities.
  • Capable of decision making and problem solving.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Basic computing knowledge
