You will also schedule and supervise current job coaches. Position also known as: Direct Support Professional (DSP), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Behavior Therapist, Positive Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supervising staff including scheduling and basic disciplinary decisions.
  • Provide high quality interaction with clients in a day program setting and out in the community.
  • Community integration/engagement: facilitate positive interaction of clients with community members at large.
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with staff, supervisors and client teams.
  • Provide quality assistance with personal cares and administering medication.
  • Provide transportation to clients daily.
