Job description

What you’ll do
  • Serve as Pilot-in-Command of a new Pilatus PC-24 for owner travel and charter missions.
  • Execute safe, efficient single-pilot operations while exemplifying sound judgment and professionalism.
  • Be the primary face of Cutter Aviation to the aircraft owner, clients, partners, and the business aviation community.
  • Liaise with Cutter Flight Management across all phases of aircraft operations, scheduling, and support.
  • Deliver exceptional, concierge-level customer service on every leg—anticipating and adapting to passenger needs.
  • Train and mentor an SIC to perform their duties to standard.
  • Uphold company policies, regulatory compliance, and the highest safety standards.
Minimum qualifications
  • License: FAA ATP
  • Medical: First Class
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong knowledge of general aviation aircraft, service requirements, and the needs of crews and passengers.
  • Proven customer service, organizational, and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to train and oversee an SIC to properly perform their functions.
  • No accidents, incidents, or sanctions in the past 5 years.
  • Able to pass a drug screening and background check; clean driving record.
Preferred flight experience
  • 3,000+ hours Total Time
  • 1,500+ hours PIC
  • 250+ hours PIC in turbine-powered aircraft

Note: Type rating not required — training provided.
