Job description

Aruba Permit Services is an established permit and construction services company located in Pompano Beach, Florida. We assist homeowners, real estate professionals, contractors, property managers, investors, and businesses with permits, code violations, open/expired permits, construction services, and municipal compliance.


We are looking for an energetic and personable people to join our team. This is an in-office position focused primarily on handling incoming potential clients, understanding their needs, researching their property or permitting situation, preparing quotes, and helping convert inquiries into new projects.


Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and inquiries from potential clients.
  • Discuss permit, violation, and construction-related concerns with clients.
  • Ask detailed questions to obtain the full scope of work needed for each project.
  • Conduct preliminary research on properties, permits, violations, and municipal records.
  • Collect necessary documents, photos, notices, and project information from clients.
  • Prepare and explain estimates/quotes and answer client questions regarding pricing and services.
  • Follow up with prospective clients regarding outstanding estimates.
  • Communicate with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain additional pricing when required.
  • Accurately enter client information, research, scope of work, notes, and communications into our CRM system.
  • Properly transition approved projects to the Project Manager for processing.
  • Manage multiple leads, quotes, calls, emails, and follow-ups throughout the day.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with potential clients.

Schedule

Full-Time – 40 Hours Per Week
Monday–Friday | Weekends Off
Must be able to report to our Pompano Beach office by 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
This is an in-office position and is not remote.
