About the Role

Insight Global is seeking compassionate and dependable Overnight Caregivers (HHA, CNA, or PCA) to provide one-on-one in-home care for clients in the Excelsior, MN area. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others, enjoy working independently, and are available for overnight shifts. The caregiver will play a critical role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of clients throughout the night.

Shifts: 10:30pm - 8:30am (1 person)

24 shift (hours split up between 3 people)

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed
  • Support personal hygiene and grooming tasks
  • Conduct overnight safety checks and monitor client well-being
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with light meal preparation and hydration needs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
  • Observe and report changes in health or behavior to the care team
  • Complete accurate care documentation and reports
  • Follow all care plans, company policies, and safety procedures

Qualifications

  • HHA, CNA, PCA certification, or relevant caregiving experience preferred
  • Previous experience providing personal care services is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
