LPN – 1 Day/Week | 12-Hour Day Shift | Assisted Living

Schedule:
  • 12-hour day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • 1 day per week
  • Alternating Monday & Wednesday
What You’ll Do:

As an LPN on our Assisted Living team, you’ll provide hands-on care and clinical support to our residents:

  • Perform nursing assessments and oversee resident care
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and charts
  • Assist with care planning and service updates
  • Support infection control and quality standards
  • Provide guidance to caregiving staff
  • Communicate with residents, families, and providers

Job Qualifications:

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maryland
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
  • 2+ years of LPN experience required
  • Experience working with seniors or assisted living communities is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to supervise and support caregiving staff
  • Basic computer and documentation skills
