Job description

About the Job
Vehicle Loader | Attendants - Sparkle Express Car Wash.
Morton | $15.50 - $16/hr.

Every great car wash experience starts before the car even enters the tunnel. It starts with you.
As a Vehicle Loader at Sparkle Express, you're the first point of contact - the person who guides every guest in safely, sets the tone for their experience, and keeps the whole operation moving with energy and purpose. It's active, hands-on work, and when you do it well, every single guest feels it.
We believe every role on this team matters. And this one is where it all begins.
What you'll do:
  • Safely guide vehicles onto the conveyor line with confidence and care.
  • Communicate clearly and warmly with drivers for a smooth, safe loading experience.
  • Stay alert for hazards - loose trim, hanging parts, anything that could affect safety.
  • Identify and report equipment or tunnel issues before they become problems.
  • Bring consistent energy that keeps the team and the operation running at its best.
What we offer you:
  • $15.50 - $16/hr +Commission eligibility on club plan sales - every team member can earn more.
  • A clear path to grow into CSR, leadership, or full-time roles.
  • Full hands-on training and on-site leadership support from day one.
  • A team that shows up for each other, every shift.

What we're looking for:
No experience required - just reliability, positive energy, and a genuine willingness to do things the right way. If you're dependable, safety-conscious, and take pride in contributing to something bigger than yourself, you'll feel right at home here.
At Sparkle Express, we don't just wash cars. We build people up.
We'd love to welcome you to the Sparkle family.
