Job description

Morken Companies is hiring an experienced Trailer Technician with strong body work and welding experience. This position focuses on repairing and rebuilding semi-trailers, including structural and cosmetic repairs.

We have a steady workload, a solid team, and are offering up to a $1,000 hiring bonus for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform trailer body repairs (panels, roofs, floors, doors)

  • Complete structural repairs and welding

  • Handle aluminum and steel repairs

  • Perform fabrication for custom repairs as needed

  • Diagnose damage and determine proper repair approach

  • Keep work quality high while maintaining efficiency

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working on semi-trailers

  • Strong body work experience (required)

  • Welding and fabrication skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Attention to detail and pride in your work

Pay & Schedule

  • $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience)

  • Up to a $1,000 hiring bonus

  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • No weekends
