Cingo Is Hiring Route Professionals - Stability Meets Flexibility

Want a stable career with weekends off? Cingo offers route professionals a Monday-Friday schedule (just 4.5 days!), a company truck to drive home, and a benefits package that actually takes care of you.

Your Territory, Your Success: Manage an established customer base in your geographic area (your manager handles the scheduling!). You'll start each week at the office learning alongside other technicians and loading up on supplies. From there, you're executing professional pest management services independently—treating properties, conducting inspections, and advising customers on best practices. We'll teach you everything you need to know, even if you're brand new to the field.

What We Offer:

Immediate Benefits:

  • Company vehicle (yes, you drive it home!)
  • Comprehensive training program
  • Consistent weekday schedule

First Year Benefits:

  • 12 days of paid time off
  • Health insurance options
  • Dental coverage
  • Life insurance

Long-Term Benefits:

  • Employee profit sharing
  • 401(k) retirement savings (after 1 year)
  • Internal promotion opportunities (some of our senior leaders started where you'll start!)

Job Duties: Enter and work in various structures including crawl spaces. Create service documentation and comprehend technical materials in English. Use required safety equipment per regulations. Examine properties for pest activity and vulnerabilities. Operate treatment equipment, diagnostic tools, and hand/power tools. Perform work in different environmental conditions year-round. Coach clients on sanitation and storage habits. Communicate sanitation needs clearly. Team up with quality control for training and difficult cases.

Must Have: Clean driving record, physical ability for the work, problem-solving skills.

REQUIREMENTS
  • High school education is required
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Successfully pass the pre-employment background screen and drug test
  • Available to work Monday-Friday
  • Attention to detail
  • Physical ability to lift 25 pounds and navigate smaller spaces
  • Self-starter who excels in self-directed environments
  • Must be open to working around harsh chemicals, such as pesticides
