Job description

Wilson & Company's Omaha, Nebraska office is seeking a Roadway EIT with experience in the design of transportation infrastructure, notably streets, highways, and interstates.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform roadway design and modeling utilizingOpen Roads Designer
  • Work with experienced designers and project managers as well as collaborating with other disciplines and subconsultants to deliver projects
  • Primarily working on projects in Nebraska with opportunities to support regional projects
  • Efficiently communicate and partner with peers, senior staff, and clients.

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • Engineer-In-Training (E.I.T.) certificationor the abilityto obtain within 6 months.
  • 0 - 3 years' experience in the design of streets and highways in accordance with local, state and/or federal regulations.
  • Ability to effectively work with other engineers and technicians.
  • Experience in CADD design software

Annual Salary range: $79,000 -$135,000
