Position Summary

Windows USA is seeking experienced In-Home Sales Representatives operating as 1099 Independent Contractors. This opportunity is designed for proven closers who excel face to face in consultative home improvement sales and are motivated by performance-based earnings.

This is not an entry level role. Successful contractors are self-directed, professional, and comfortable managing their own sales business while representing a respected national brand.


What You Will Do

  • Run scheduled in-home sales appointments with homeowners
  • Present and sell Windows USA products using approved pricing and materials
  • Take accurate measurements and complete required sales documentation
  • Maintain professional and ethical sales practices
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to support the customer experience

What We Are Looking For

  • Prior in home, commission-based sales experience (home improvement preferred)
  • Strong closing skills in a consultative environment
  • Professional demeanor with a customer first mindset
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
  • Comfortable using iPads and sales CRM technology

Requirements

  • Sales experience requirements
    • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a high school diploma or equivalent, or
    • 2 years of sales experience with a bachelor's degree or qualifying military experience
  • Ability to work a field-based schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel within an assigned market, up to a 3-hour driving radius
  • Ability to pass a basic criminal background check where permitted by law
  • Tech and math proficient or a fast learner, including use of iPads and precise measurements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as needed for in home assessments

Compensation

  • Commission only compensation (1099)
  • Uncapped earning potential
    • Historically, high performing contractors have earned annual commissions in the range of 150K to 300K, based on performance
  • Weekly commission payouts
  • Performance incentives may be available

Training and Readiness

All contractors must complete Windows USA required sales and measurement certification before representing the company independently in the field.
