Paralegal – Estate Planning & Trust Funding

Work Arrangement: In-Office

Office Address: 4080 McGinnis Ferry Road, Building 500, Suite 502, Alpharetta, GA 30005

Starting Salary: $50,000+ (commensurate with experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM


About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal with a strong interest in estate planning drafting and trust funding. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys precision, organization, and wants to deepen their expertise in estate planning and probate administration.

Job Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of paralegal experience (estate planning or probate experience preferred)

  • Drafting estate planning documents under attorney supervision
  • Assisting with and managing trust funding processes
  • Gathering and analyzing information to ensure accuracy of funding documentation
  • Organizing and prioritizing workload to meet firm deadlines
  • Entering, recording, and maintaining electronic client records
  • Making informed decisions and resolving issues efficiently
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, financial institutions, and internal team members
  • Communicating clearly in person, via email, and by phone
