We'reย a boutique international business law firm based in San Francisco,ย New Yorkย and Milan. Our team is collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional legal services to clients.ย We'reย looking for an organized and reliable Office Assistant to support our attorneys and staff by performing a range of administrative tasks. In-person days and hours can be flexible during office hours to accommodate law school or other schedules, but all work must be performed inย office.ย ย 


What You'll Doย 

  • Answer phonesย 
  • Collect, scan, and distribute incoming mailย 
  • Maintain and organize electronic case filesย 
  • Assistย with legal binders (trial, mediation, and hearing materials)ย 
  • Assistย paralegal and attorneys by gathering documents and correspondenceย 
  • Contact court clerksย 
  • Assistย with vendor communicationsย 
  • Greet visitors, andย prepareย conference rooms before and afterย visitsย 
  • Manage office supply orders and kitchen stockingย 
  • Maintain office and kitchen cleanlinessย ย 
  • Coordinate building maintenance and work ordersย
