Position: Construction Carpenter

Job Description:
We are seeking hardworking, reliable individuals to join our dynamic construction team. Ideal candidates must be physically capable of performing strenuous tasks, lifting 50+ pounds independently, climbing ladders safely, and performing duties in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Install doors, windows, cabinets, drywall, and other structures/fixtures
  • Complete trim and finish carpentry work to a high standard
  • Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
  • Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
  • Inspect and replace damaged framework or structures as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites
  • Follow all safety guidelines and building codes
  • Collaborate with project managers and other trades to meet deadlines
  • Load, unload, and organize tools and materials on-site
  • Perform residential framing, including walls, floors, and roofs


Requirements:
