Job description

The Alaska Club is a private social and athletic club providing its members, their families and guests with the finest social and athletic activities in Alaska. The Alaska Club is seeking an Assistant Personal Training Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible in assisting the Network Personal Training Director in all elements of managing and maintaining the personal training staff at assigned locations within the network.

Assistant Personal Training Manager Job Duties:

  • Drive sales and sessions and retention
  • Process payroll
  • Hold performance meetings and workshops with staff
  • Train and develop personal trainers
  • Train members
  • Attend meetings and prepare reports for the Network Personal Training Director.

The ideal candidate should be willing to work beyond their knowledge base and be energized by new challenges, maintain a positive work environment, engage the personal training staff and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Assistant Personal Training Manager Qualifications:

  • APTM must have a love for fitness.
  • Must have the ability to motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Motivation to help others and grow the brand of personal training in the area to better help serve our community in living a healthy and fit life.
