The Foodservice Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing an assigned territory within PepsiCo's Away From Home business. This role services existing customers while using strong prospecting, relationship-building and consultative-selling skills to acquire new business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strategic customer partnerships while driving satisfaction through superior service, communication and execution.
  • Grow volume, revenue and profitability across an assigned territory.
  • Acquire new Foodservice accounts through prospecting, referrals, cold calling, networking and other strategic selling activities.
  • Develop a strong new-business pipeline and consistently progress opportunities through the sales process.
  • Identify customer needs and present customized beverage, equipment, product and promotional solutions.
  • Use customer, sales and market data to identify trends, measure performance and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Lead customer renewals and support the development of competitive proposals.
  • Expand distribution of priority brands and packages within new and existing accounts.
  • Coordinate the placement, installation and removal of equipment while ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Partner with delivery, service, operations, finance and other internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, opportunities and account information within required systems.
  • Ensure contractual commitments, pricing, equipment and merchandising standards are properly executed.
  • Represent PepsiCo professionally within the community and help "paint the town Pepsi Blue."

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,600 - $94,450.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out quarterly.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of fact-based, consultative or business-to-business sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Foodservice, beverage or consumer packaged goods experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect for new business, develop customer relationships and close sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales information and translate data into customer and business opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently across a geographic territory.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management or sales-reporting tools.
  • Must be willing and able to periodically lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and meet applicable driving requirements.
