A Work From Home Warm Line job involves providing non-emergency emotional support, active listening, and resources to individuals who need someone to talk to. Unlike crisis hotlines, warm lines are designed for people who need support but are not in immediate danger. This role typically involves answering calls or messages from home, offering compassion, and guiding callers to helpful resources if needed.
