Job description
Job Description We're seeking a hands-on Amazon Marketplace Specialist to own day-to-day marketplace execution and growth. The primary focus will be Amazon, with Walmart as the second priority channel. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working directly in Amazon Seller Central, managing a large SKU catalog, analyzing performance at the SKU/ASIN level, running Amazon PPC campaigns, and making clear recommendations around pricing, Buy Box, inventory, FBM/FBA, and marketplace growth.
What You'll Do Own daily Amazon Seller Central execution, including catalog health, product listings, pricing, Buy Box performance, account health, and issue resolution Manage and optimize a large SKU catalog with parent-child ASINs, product variations, and SKU-level performance reporting Monitor sales velocity, winners/losers, conversion, margin, inventory position, and marketplace performance trends Manage Amazon PPC campaigns, including bids, budgets, keywords, targeting, ACOS/TACOS, ROAS, and spend efficiency Evaluate FBM and FBA strategy, including which products should be tested, moved, scaled, or removed from FBA Coordinate inventory and FBA replenishment workflows with operations and fulfillment teams Pull, validate, and interpret marketplace reports to investigate sales drops, pricing issues, Buy Box changes, inventory concerns, or campaign performance gaps Support Walmart Marketplace listings, pricing, inventory, reporting, and growth opportunities Partner with ecommerce, marketing, operations, and fulfillment teams while maintaining direct ownership of marketplace execution What We're Looking For 2+ years of hands-on Amazon marketplace management experience Strong experience inside Amazon Seller Central Direct Amazon PPC experience, including campaign optimization and ACOS/TACOS analysis Experience managing large or complex catalogs with variants, parent-child ASINs, and SKU-level reporting Strong understanding of FBM and FBA, including inventory movement, replenishment, storage fees, and fulfillment impact on sales Ability to analyze marketplace data and explain what is driving performance changes Experience with Walmart Marketplace preferred High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and ability to work independently Experience with tools such as Helium10, Jungle Scout, Walmart Seller Center, BigCommerce, Optimizely, ERP systems, or marketplace integration tools is a plus Background in manufacturing, apparel, promotional products, custom products, B2B, or other catalog-heavy environments is helpful
