Regular check-ins, virtual team meetings, and coordinated project updates are common, ensuring everyone remains aligned with company goals. While you’ll be working independently from your home, you’ll also engage in scheduled team activities and may receive direct feedback from supervisors. This structure helps maintain a supportive team environment and clear expectations, even in a fully remote setting.
