Job Summary
The Visual Artist is responsible for developing a wide range of high-quality visual content that supports company branding, marketing initiatives, internal communications, and client-facing materials.
This role focuses on graphic design, motion graphics, video content, interactive media, and presentation support, ensuring all visual assets communicate complex ideas clearly, consistently, and in alignment with company branding standards. The position supports business development, project teams, and internal initiatives by creating compelling visual content that enhances communication, strengthens brand identity, and elevates the quality of client-facing deliverables.
Essential Functions
Graphic Design & Branding
  • Create logos, icons, illustrations, and a wide range of custom graphics.
  • Develop marketing materials, including:
    • Infographics
    • Case studies
    • Event banners
    • Social media graphics
    • Merchandise graphics
  • Create and maintain branded templates across Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ensure all visual content aligns with established company branding standards and guidelines.

Video & Motion Graphics Production
  • Create promotional videos, internal presentations, and event-related media.
  • Develop motion graphics, transitions, and supporting visual effects.
  • Create animated content that enhances storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Utilize AI-assisted creative tools to develop both static and animated content.

Digital & Interactive Content
  • Develop interactive content for training materials, internal communications, and informational resources.
  • Create and maintain templates and design systems in Figma.
  • Support the development of microsites, campaign pages, and digital experiences.
  • Create engaging visual assets optimized for web, social media, email, and digital platforms.

Presentation & Communication Support
  • Fulfill presentation and visual support requests across the organization.
  • Design and enhance PowerPoint presentations for internal and client-facing use.
  • Improve visual communication, information hierarchy, and storytelling.
  • Ensure presentation content maintains a professional and consistent appearance.

Marketing & Campaign Support
  • Develop graphics, videos, and creative assets for marketing campaigns.
  • Create content for social media, email marketing, events, recruitment, and business development initiatives.
  • Support company branding efforts across digital and physical marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create visually compelling campaign materials.

Template & Asset Management
  • Create and maintain reusable templates for:
    • Presentations
    • Social media campaigns
    • Email campaigns
    • Company-wide programs
  • Organize and maintain digital asset libraries.
  • Ensure all creative assets remain accessible, consistent, and reusable.
  • Establish standards for file organization, asset management, and creative workflows.

Position Requirements
Education & Experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, multimedia production, or a related creative role.
  • Experience supporting marketing, branding, business development, internal communications, or client-facing initiatives.
  • Experience creating content across multiple mediums, including print, digital, presentation, web, and social platforms.

Technical Skills
  • Strong proficiency in:
    • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
    • Microsoft PowerPoint
    • Figma
  • Working knowledge of:
    • Mailchimp
    • Framer
    • Basic HTML
    • AI-assisted content creation tools
  • Strong understanding of:

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience creating content for engineering, architecture, construction, manufacturing, data center, or technology-related industries.
  • Experience developing and maintaining corporate branding systems.
  • Familiarity with interactive content platforms such as Genially.
  • Experience creating email marketing, social media, and promotional campaign assets.
  • Knowledge of animation, storyboarding, and video production workflows.
  • Experience supporting executive presentations, proposals, and business development pursuits.
  • Familiarity with AI tools used for creative content generation and workflow enhancement.
