Silver Lining Counseling Center is seeking a Dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our innovative team. • Conduct personalized counseling sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups via our telehealth platform.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and personal goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness strategies based on the preferences and issues presented by clients.
• Provide compassionate support and guidance to help clients cope with various emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.
• Maintain detailed and organized clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current with industry trends and integrating them into practice.

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
• An active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills that promote effective client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.

• Prior experience in telehealth counseling is highly desirable, but not mandatory. We offer mentorship and training in this area.
• Experience working with culturally diverse populations, demonstrating cultural competence and sensitivity.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic models and a willingness to incorporate new methodologies into practice.

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
