This role is entirely remote, giving counselors the flexibility to create a personalized workspace that fosters comfort and productivity. Utilizing advanced telehealth technology and secure online documentation tools, counselors conduct sessions and collaborate with colleagues in an innovative digital environment to provide seamless care. • Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients utilizing teletherapy software, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions through secure video conferencing, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques adapted for an online format, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Engage actively in regular team meetings via digital platforms to review patient progress, share insights, and collaborate on treatment strategies, ensuring a cohesive approach to care.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions focused on teletherapy best practices and innovations in mental health treatment.
• Regularly contribute feedback and innovative ideas to enhance program effectiveness and client satisfaction in accordance with regulatory requirements governing telepsychiatry.

Our client base includes individuals seeking mental health support for a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a Mental Health Counselor at Psych Bloom, you will be responsible for creating a safe, empathetic space that empowers clients through difficult times, helping them to develop coping strategies and enhance their overall well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• A valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a sincere passion for fostering mental health and emotional well-being in clients.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology, secure communication methods, and electronic documentation tools.

• Experience practicing independently without supervision in a clinical setting.
• Previous experience utilizing digital platforms for therapy, demonstrating adaptability to online counseling methodologies.
• Familiarity with diverse client populations and cultural competency in providing care to various demographic groups.

• Attractive annual salary ranging from USD 52,000 to USD 70,000, based on experience and hours worked.
