• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with low-acuity clients, utilizing our secure telehealth platform.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on the latest evidence-based practices.
• Track and document client progress meticulously to ensure continuity of care and positive therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborate with our administrative team to streamline scheduling, manage client appointments, and ensure smooth billing processes.
• Engage in regular professional development and consultation sessions to stay abreast of current best practices in mental health therapy.

Your role will involve working primarily with adult clients who face a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues. Our focus on pre-screened, low-acuity clients allows you to provide targeted therapeutic interventions while contributing to better mental health outcomes across Tennessee's populations.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licenses in the state of Tennessee as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Experience providing teletherapy or virtual counseling sessions.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Knowledge of community resources and referral processes within Tennessee.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
