• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and formulate personalized treatment plans based on industry best practices and solution-focused methodologies, utilizing telehealth platforms to engage with clients effectively.

You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload that includes individuals of all ages, each requiring tailored interventions to address a wide range of mental health issues. By establishing strong therapeutic relationships, you will empower clients to overcome challenges and achieve their mental wellness goals.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy, with a focus on evidence-based approaches.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients remotely.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapy techniques that can be adapted for a virtual environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to effectively address challenges in remote care.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative virtual team.

Experience working in school settings or with youth populations is a plus, as well as familiarity with trauma-informed care practices. Skills in behavioral strategies tailored for online delivery will also be advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
