As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, ensuring appropriate interventions are in place.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with clients' goals, adjusting approaches as necessary based on ongoing assessment and feedback.
• Collaborate with other team members to deliver integrated care, including participation in treatment team meetings and contributing insights about client progress and needs.
• Offer crisis intervention services and conduct safety planning as necessary, empowering clients to develop coping strategies during high-stress moments.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that all interactions with clients are recorded appropriately.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that foster community and resilience among participants.

This position primarily focuses on working with school-aged children and adolescents facing various emotional and behavioral challenges. You will play a critical role in addressing their socio-emotional issues and advocating for their mental well-being within the school setting.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably within a school-based environment.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a commitment to continuing education and professional development.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients and collaboration with team members.

While not required, preference will be given to candidates with:
