Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaborate with clients to develop effective, individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities to promote personal growth, coping strategies, and emotional resilience.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client progress to adhere to ethical standards and licensing regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and supervision to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current and valid mental health licensure in the state of New York, such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW-R, LCSW, Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect empathetically with clients.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, based on experience and caseload.
