Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and formulate detailed, solution-focused treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs using secure telehealth platforms.
• Provide individual and group therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring adaptations are effective in a remote setting.
• Document and maintain precise clinical records in compliance with professional standards and regulations, leveraging electronic health record (EHR) systems to enhance efficiency.
• Engage and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and educational staff, in virtual consultations to create a holistic support network for your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents who may be experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services.
