Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and formulate personalized treatment plans based on industry best practices and solution-focused methodologies, utilizing telehealth platforms to engage with clients effectively.
• Provide therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of clients in a remote environment.
• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of clinical records while complying with regulatory standards and utilizing secure electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, through virtual consultations to enhance the quality of care and ensure comprehensive support for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload that includes individuals of all ages, each requiring tailored interventions to address a wide range of mental health issues. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy, with a focus on evidence-based approaches.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients remotely.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
