We provide comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and the tools you need to succeed from home. What You'll Do Reach out to prospective clients and introduce available services. Schedule virtual appointments for licensed representatives. Confirm upcoming appointments and send reminders when needed. Answer basic questions and provide a positive first impression. Update customer information and maintain accurate records. Follow up with interested individuals who have requested additional information. Communicate professionally through phone, text, and email. Work toward daily and weekly appointment goals while maintaining a high level of customer service. What We're Looking For Strong verbal communication skills. Friendly, confident, and professional phone etiquette. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Comfortable using a computer, CRM systems, and online communication tools.
