Following a record-breaking year with more than 20% growth, we're expanding our remote team and looking for motivated, people-focused professionals interested in customer service, benefits support, client relations, and leadership development.
As a Remote Customer Benefits Representative, you'll work virtually with individuals and families who need assistance understanding their available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. You'll provide personalized guidance, answer questions, assist with enrollment, and build long-term client relationships-all from home.
No prior insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.
