In this full-time role, you will:

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions, working collaboratively with clients to identify their challenges and develop effective solutions.

• Conduct comprehensive treatment plans and programs aimed at managing mental health symptoms, trauma, and dual diagnoses.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in our EHR system to track client progress and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities tailored to the needs of each client, promoting recovery and empowerment.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with best practices in mental health counseling.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists as needed to enhance patient support and outcomes.

You will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your role will focus on providing empathetic and client-centered care that supports their mental health goals and enhances their overall quality of life.

To thrive in this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of three years of experience providing mental health counseling.

• Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with excellent organizational skills.

• Reliable access to a computer, high-speed internet, and a webcam for telehealth services.

• Willingness to accommodate a flexible schedule that may include some evenings and weekends.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in the following areas will be highly regarded:

• Working with trauma-informed care.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices in mental health treatment.

• Experience with multidisciplinary teams in a clinical setting.
