• Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients to facilitate open communication and effective therapy sessions.
• Utilize assessment tools and methodologies to diagnose and treat mental health disorders, ensuring alignment with best practices in therapeutic treatment.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique situations and needs, regularly modifying them based on progress and feedback.
• Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, employing various therapeutic modalities to achieve the best outcomes.
• Perform ongoing assessments and evaluations of client progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure treatment efficacy.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, referring clients to specialists when further intervention is needed, to ensure holistic caregiver support.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Bison Counseling Center Ltd., you will provide support to a diverse population. Your client base may include individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and other mental health disorders. • Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing individual and group therapy.
