  • 10+ years of experience in PLM, Windchill, solution architecture, or related technical roles
  • Strong hands-on experience as a Windchill Solution Architect

  • Hands-on experience implementing and customizing Windchill PDMLink, MPMLink, QMS, and related modules

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of advanced Windchill PLM solutions.
  • Define solution architectures and provide technical direction to development and implementation teams.
  • Translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and integrated technical solutions.
  • Design and architect Windchill solutions that meet business and end-user requirements.
  • Implement and customize PTC Windchill modules, including PDMLink, MPMLink, QMS, and related capabilities.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure successful technical implementation.
  • Partner with clients and vendors to evaluate and implement PLM solutions.
  • Support solutions ranging from proofs of concept to large-scale enterprise integrations.
  • Ensure Windchill architecture aligns with business objectives, technical standards, and future-state needs.
  • Lead and support PLM pursuits and practice development initiatives.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing forums and help resolve complex customer challenges.
  • Collaborate on innovative PLM solutions and contribute to the continuous development of the PLM practice.
  • Stay current with emerging and future Windchill and PLM technologies.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance across project teams and stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate

A senior Windchill Solution Architect with 10+ years of PLM experience and strong expertise in PTC Windchill, PDMLink, MPMLink, QMS, PLM architecture, solution design, integrations, and technical leadership, with proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable, future-ready PLM solutions.
