In this role, you'll work directly with individuals and families to understand their needs and help provide insurance and benefits solutions designed to protect what matters most. You'll have the opportunity to build client relationships, develop your sales skills, and grow within a performance-driven organization.

Previous sales experience is welcome, but not required. We provide training and resources to help the right candidates develop the skills needed to succeed.

Principal duties and responsibilities

  • Client consultations - Connect with prospective clients to understand their needs and goals.
  • Sales presentations - Educate clients on available insurance and benefits solutions.
  • Relationship management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
