Key Responsibilities

• Utilize our billing service to manage client accounts, insurance claims, benefit verifications, and payment plans efficiently.
• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions for clients of diverse ages, addressing various mental health concerns and relationship dynamics.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Schedule ongoing appointments with clients and manage your calendar to optimize therapy sessions.
• Demonstrate adaptability and a commitment to working with clients presenting a range of clinical challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population encompasses individuals and couples from different backgrounds and age groups, seeking support for a variety of mental health issues. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW licensure allowing independent practice.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary within the range of USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. As a W2 employee, you will also benefit from a variety of advantages, including:
